Planning Your Move
Planning for your office move should begin the moment you have decided on your new
space. Whether you are moving into a design/build or an existing location you need to
consider how your current equipment will be transitioned.

- Will there be power everywhere we need it?
- Do we want to keep our current configuration or change it?
- Will we be purchasing additional equipment?
Heritage Moving & Storage can help you plan your move by partnering with your current
vendors. We can meet with facilities managers, plumbers, electricians and office supply
representatives to insure installation timetables are synchronized and office downtime is
minimized. We can work with you to develop an asset tracking plan to make sure the right
equipment ends up in the right place.
Executing Your Move
Our office move staff are uniformed and professional. We have the proper tools and skill
to disassemble cubicles and other office furniture and reassemble at destination.
Flexibility
Need to execute your move overnight to minimize impact on operations? Need to move
half of the office on Monday and the other half on Tuesday? We can do it. We stay
flexible during the entire move process to accommodate your needs. One of our
management staff will oversee your move and be available should any changes be
required.
Follow-through
Once the initial move is complete, we will continue to be in contact in the event you need
additional help. In some cases, you may want to make changes to your initial layout or
even add additional equipment. We will be ready to help.
